Returns Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product meets the conditions below.
Fragrances:
Perfumes must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any opened or used fragrance cannot be returned or refunded.
Silk Satin Products:
Silk satin items (bonnets, pillowcases, scrunchies, etc.) are non-refundable and non-returnable due to personal use and hygiene reasons.
Delivery Fees:
All delivery and return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Sales & Offers:
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

منتجات العطور لازم تكون في العبوة الأصلية، غير مستخدمة أو مفتوحة علشان يتم قبول الإرجاع.
منتجات الحرير ستان (بونيه، مخدات، سكرنشيز) غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال لأنها منتجات استخدام شخصي لأسباب صحية.
مصاريف الشحن في حالة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال يتحملها العميل بالكامل.
لا يوجد إرجاع أو استرداد نقدي خلال فترات العروض والخصومات أو السيل.
